Avocados Are A Natural Means Of Relieving Constipation In A Condition That Can Turn Deadly (Elvis Presley)

Avocados are a natural means of relieving constipation

People who take painkillers for medical issues, often suffer from constipation. Going days without a bowel movement can create great discomfort.

It is also very unhealthy and can lead to illnesses such as stomach cancer. Straining on the toilet to evacuate one’s bowel’s can result in fainting, heart attacks or brain hemorrhages.

In 1977 the late, legendary singer, Elvis Aaron Presley, was found dead in his Tennessee home. He was 42-years-old, which is young to die. Presley was found dead on his bathroom floor in a pool of his own vomit.

Presley had been straining on the toilet, experienced a cardiac arrhythmia and fell onto the bathroom floor. He was discovered with cold, blue skin.

10-years prior to his death, Presley at age 32 weighed a healthy 163-pounds. Problems emanating from Presley’s world famous career, which also spilled over into his personal life, created depression, overeating and a subsequent 200-pound weight gain.

Autopsy reports revealed 350-pound Presley had 30-pounds of undigested food (particularly red meat) in his bowels. The coroner reported his bowel was stretched to twice the normal length and width of the organ and contained an impacted stool (feces/doodoo) that was 4-months old.

Presley’s inability to properly expel excrement was poisoning his system. Presley needed a one time colon cleanse (water irrigation of the colon), then a regular diet of leafy vegetables, avocados, fruits and lean protein.

In his last days, Presley had been abusing painkillers and other pharmaceutical drugs such as Demerol, Dilaudid, Quaalude, Percodan/Percoset and Codeine (the latter was ten times higher than the level normally prescribed by doctors).

In total the coroner found 10 prescription drugs in Presley’s system, many of which were being abused to unsafe levels (toxicity).

Presley had a history of trying illegal narcotics such as cocaine and marijuana. He also heavily drank alcohol at different intervals of his life. His eating habits were very poor.

Presley consumed large quantities of red meat, such as steak and pork chops. One of Presley’s favorites was a peanut butter, bacon and banana sandwich. Presley’s high fat, sugary diet clogged his colon.

The painkillers, fatty foods, red meat, sugary desserts, and absence of a sufficient amount of daily vegetables and water, created severe constipation in Presley.

Individuals with prolonged constipation have great difficulty evacuating their stools in a natural manner on the toilet. It can become painful, dangerously disrupt proper heart rhythms, and lead to rectal bleeding, as stools hardened, become larger and no longer pliable enough to naturally pass through the rectum.

Having natural foods on a daily basis such as half of a small avocado (an entire small avocado if the constipation is very severe), spinach leaves and lettuce is a great way to create regularity regarding going to the toilet and evacuating one’s bowels.

A heart healthy meal is a salad of lettuce, spinach leaves, sliced avocado, tomato and grilled chicken. If you are permitted to have salt in your diet, you may add it, as well as a few sprinkles of ground pepper and a small dash of apple cider vinegar (1 teaspoon) to the avocado.  Salt, pepper and vinegar really bring out the taste of avocados.

Avocado toast is another manner in which it can be consumed. This entails peeling the avocado and removing the flesh from the seed. Mash the avocado flesh on a piece of preferably whole wheat bread or toast. If you are permitted to eat salt, it can be added, along with pepper. It is great for breakfast or as a snack.

Drinking a sufficient amount of water each day also helps relieve constipation. Squeezing lemon or lime juice to water further aides in cleansing the system.
