Over The Past Year As Theresa May’s Excessive Financial Cuts
Decimates The Police Budget

The knife culture is regrettably taking over London, England. So
far this year 117 people, most of them underage minors, have been stabbed to
death in London. Per capita (compared globally) it is not a terrible murder
rate. However, it is bad for London, as they are not used to crime reaching this
level regarding the murder rate escalating to this degree.
The good news is Britain has gun control. A person is much more
likely to survive a stabbing than a shooting. This is why Britain has
approximately 700 fatalities per year from violence, as opposed to America,
which has 30,000 gun related murders. The NRA is resisting all gun control
measures in America and it is costing precious lives.
The bad news for Britain is a newly released domestic report
published in the London Daily Mirror revealed 69,000 kids in Britain between the
ages of 10 and 15 were stabbed between June of 2017 to June of 2018. That figure
is an increase of 4,000, compared to the previous year. 69,000 stabbings is an
extraordinary and alarming figure.
It is more proof the knife crime problem is escalating. While
these statistics complied from police reports and medical data constitute
non-fatal stabbings, these are still incidents that include wounding that
resulted in profound disability in children such as limping, paralysis,
traumatic brain injury, coma, vision impairment, organ failure.
In 2016 British Prime Minister Theresa May took austerity to
terrible extremes and unwisely laid off 8,000 police officers in London,
England. I warned against these layoffs in October 20, 2015 [Metropolitan Police Cuts To Leave 8,000 Officers Unemployed (But Can
Be Avoided)]. The police
layoffs ordered by May have since proven very detrimental to London, proving my
previous warning correct. This year the murder rate in London surpassed New York
for the first time in history (British Prime Minister Theresa May And London Mayor Sadiq Khan
In Danger Of Losing Election Votes). She also
damaged the economy in putting thousands of officers out of work.
The British police are competent. They have solved many crimes.
However, if you decimate their budget and fire thousands of their colleagues,
while expecting the same level of service, you're kidding yourself that crime
will not get out of control.
I read a phrase online that I found quite true, "Some people
will always have a problem for every solution." There are some
in life who are proactive and there are others who will whine
and complain about every solution presented, even if it means
lives lost. When you reach that point in life you need to
reassess your contentious behavior and be quiet. Lives are being
lost, worst of all children. Something must be done. Something
can be done. However, it is up to the government.
1. Once again, I suggest bringing back "stop and search." Some
people stated it is racist, but as a black woman, I don't think
so. I saw it done at carnival in London and the cops were not
abusive. Some are of the belief blacks are disproportionately
chosen for stop and search, but gangs of ethnic extraction are
committing violent crimes in London.
White people are also committing acts of violence as well (ie
Man Stabs His Wife 46 Times When She Finds Out He Cheated On Her
And Was Accused Of Rape). At the end of the day, it is
not about race, but making the country safer. The bereaved
families of crime victims have been speaking out in favor of it
as well, to spare others the heartbreak and loss they have
experienced in losing their loved ones.
2. Areas with the most significant spikes in violence should
have a curfew for underage youth. I've noticed many of the
articles I've been reading regarding crimes transpiring against
minors occurred in the evening and at night.
3. May needs to restore the police budget. She's asking the
police to do so much on so little. That's not right. The far
right are under the misguided impression that it is mostly black
underage youth being stabbed or killed via stabbings. However,
figures indicate many white children are being stabbed and
engaging in stabbings as well (69,000 in one year consists of
people of varying racial backgrounds).
4. London needs a potent volunteer police squad. In all the time
I've spent in London I have never seen a volunteer police
person. It doesn't mean they are not there. It just means there
needs to be more of them, especially in the face of the massive
police cuts. They are needed now more than ever. The public
should also not be able to distinguish between volunteer police
and regular police officers. They should have full training and
protective gear.
If they are out patrolling the streets in strong numbers it
would be a massive crime deterrent. If people would volunteer on
the basis of national pride, as well as to save lives and
protect London's youth (as 69,000 stabbings in one year is a
massive, troubling figure) it would make a huge difference.
Retired officers and soldiers could also donate a few hours of
their time per week. It would help.
5. I've written this item so many times on this site: the
government needs to do round-ups of the gangs. Sweep them up in
synchronized raids. Being in a gang that is committing crime is
conspiratorial behavior. The government should also change
legislation to increase prison penalties for gang activity and
acid attacks.
I'm warning for a reason. Lives are being lost and changed for
the worst via permanent injuries. You're also approaching third
world status with the crime rates and that's a crying shame
considering how well Britain was doing in the area of law and
order up until 2016 when May's police budget cuts kicked in.
Coupled with the financial losses from Brexit the British way of
life and standard of living is in danger of changing for the
worst. You can prevent that from happening by taking action now.
May is destroying Britain. She is in some kind of stupor and is
not listening to reason. So many people are advising her against
the adverse actions she is taking regarding Brexit and other
matters, but she stubbornly refuses to listen, while
proverbially burning Britain to the ground.
The sad part of it all is what May is doing is not going to work
out well for Britain and some of the damage will be irreparable.
It is going to create more human suffering on levels Britain is
not used to experiencing. Does she not care. How can one person
push through such a damaging agenda, without being reined in by
others in government.
I've issued these warnings and gave suggestions regarding how to
correct the problems currently damaging Britain, as the nation
is in danger of losing its financial place in the world. Britain
is in trouble. The irony of all irony is the Prime Minister does
not realize it.

under 16 happen immediately after classes end, new research shows. Children are
more vulnerable to being stabbed on their way home from school, a new study
suggests. The period immediately after classes end accounts for one in five of
knife attacks involving victims under 16, according to new research published in
the journal BMJ Open.
It follows widespread concern about the rising tide of serious
violence on Britain’s streets. The latest victim was a 16-year-old boy, named
locally as “John”, who was stabbed to death in South London on Monday night. He
was the fifth youth to be killed in London in a week and it comes with knife
crime at its highest nationwide since records began in 2011. The boy was found
with suspected stab wounds in Tulse Hill, after police were called to reports of
a shooting just before 11pm. Paramedics battled to save the teenager, but he was
pronounced dead less than an hour later...
Jackie Sebire, the National Police Chiefs’ Council
spokeswoman for serious violent crime, revealed last week that there were 69,000
child woundings in the 12 month up until June. A wounding refers to a stabbing
or other violent incident resulting in a severe injury to a child aged between
ten and 15. This was an increase of 4,000 on the year before.
