Beyonce And Jay Z Steal From Another Jamaican
Artist Resulting In A LawsuitJuly 24. 2020
Beyonce and Jay Z
Beyonce and Jay Z have been sued by
Jamaican artist, Lenora Antoinette Stines, for copyright
infringement. The lawsuit was filed last month in the
United States District Court Central District of
California. It is in reference to Beyonce and Jay Z's
song "Black Effect." Beyonce and Jay Z are constantly
stealing copyrights and taking full credit and money for
the stolen works (Beyonce And
Jay Z Copyright Infringement).
Remember in the March 23, 2018 article "Madonna's Kabbalah Cult Targeting And Killing Jamaicans With The
Support Of The FBI" I wrote about Beyonce and Jay
Z's trip to my homeland of Jamaica and stated, "Chronic copyright infringing Kabbalah cult members Beyonce
and Jay Z have
been sued repeatedly by many people for stealing copyrights. I am one
of those people. I have preexisting, unpublished copyrighted
music videos and other items registered in the Library of
Congress regarding Jamaica. I have nothing against anyone
visiting or filming in my homeland of Jamaica. However, if I
find out Jay Z and Beyonce have engaged in their usual
thievery and criminally stolen from my preexisting
copyrighted work
again, I am going to sue them again and call for a massive
boycott against them on this site read by millions."
I have not seen what Beyonce and Jay Z
filmed out in Jamaica. However, they went out to the
island with their usual stealing and ripped off Stines.
Hence the lawsuit she has filed against them. She helped
them put together the video they filmed in Jamaica and
they used her voice on the accompanying song "Black
Effect." They agreed to pay her for the work she did on
the project. However, they lied and ripped Stines off.
This is not the first time Beyonce and
Jay Z have been sued over using people's vocals on their
music without payment. Remember the lawsuit filed by the
family of deceased Louisiana rapper, Messy Mya (Beyonce Sued Again For Copyright Infringement This Time For
Stealing From Deceased Rapper Messy Mya). Beyonce
stole some of Messy Mya's work after he was brutally
gunned down, used his voice on her song, then
deliberately did not pay him. That was outright
copyright infringement, fraud and a violation of his
image rights.
Remember the lawsuit regarding Beyonce
stealing the song "Drunk in Love" and using the voice of
the song's owner, Hungarian singer named Monika Miczura,
on their rip-off, without payment or credit to her (Serial Copyright Thieves Beyonce And
Jay Z Sued For Stealing 'Drunk In Love' And Even Including A
Clip Of The Original Artist's Voice On The Track).
Beyonce and Jay Z then criminally corrupted the judge to
get the case thrown out, as they so often do in criminal
acts that are disgracing the judiciary to the watching
world.
Beyonce and Jay Z keep using people's
voices and copyrighted work on their songs and not
paying them for it. That is an outright crime. It looks
really bad, but those two idiots won't stop doing this.
It's given them a bad name, but they are too arrogant
and dumb to see it.
People have been boycotting them for
this misconduct. Hence both Jay Z and Beyonce having
flop after flop for years (even though their publicists
flood the press and social networking with hype filled
stories in trying to paint them as bigger than Michael
Jackson, which they never will be).
Beyonce and Jay Z can afford to pay
people after stealing from so many. However, Beyonce and
Jay Z are greedy degenerates. They're not real
businesspeople. So they try to steal from and defraud
everyone they can to gain ill-gotten wealth, which is
against the law. That vile greed is going to be their
undoing in an unprecedented fall via a massive
forthcoming scandal. They haven't gotten away with
anything.
Lenora Antoinette Stines is not the
first Jamaican that Jay Z and Beyonce have stolen from.
They've stolen a lot from me (The FBI Is Stonewalling Congress On Releasing FBI File In Madonna
Human Rights Abuse Case (Congressional Documents)).
They've also stolen from the late,
legendary Jamaican reggae singer, Tenor Saw. Beyonce stole the song "Ring The Alarm" from
Tenor Saw, who released his track
of the same name in 1985, years before her rip off in 2006. The
songs have the same title, similar music and a few mutual lyrics. Beyonce also paired the song "Ring The Alarm" with a music video
that is a rip off of the movie "Basic Instinct" which stars her
fellow Kabbalah cult member, Sharon Stone.
They have no respect for Jamaica or its
people. Their deceitful, thieving actions show it. They
are constantly stealing from Jamaicans and Jamaica, a
small country, which is disgraceful and despicable
conduct. When you steal from a small nation in the
world, it looks really bad, and is internationally known
as ill will and imperialism. It's considering very bad
form in the world and a mark of shame.
Other members of their Kabbalah cult who
have stolen from Jamaica and Jamaicans are Madonna, Guy
Ritchie, Simon Cowell, Seth Rogen ("Game Over, Man") and
rapper 50 Cent. They are criminally defrauding Jamaica
and Jamaicans out of intellectual property, tax dollars
and awards for the intellectual property of Jamaicans
that are being criminally stolen by Hollywood. Once
again, they are stealing from a small country and it's
not a good look at all. It's despicable and greedy.
I'll cite another example. 50 Cent went out to Jamaica
running a scam to fleece and defraud local businesspeople, claiming
he was going to start a business venture on the island
(and was looking for investors to join in). Investors
got onboard, then 50 Cent disappeared and abandoned the
project like a real con artist.
Hollywood is engaging in all this
criminal stealing and fraud with the assistance of the
scumbag slavetraders
at the FBI (who have been
formally accused of
stealing from others as well). The FBI has been
criminally aiding Hollywood in stealing the intellectual
property of Jamaicans and illegally diverting it to
Hollywood, which constitutes serious international
crimes.
It is robbing Jamaica, a third world
nation, of much needed tax dollars that rightfully
belongs to the island. Hollywood and the FBI are
behaving like Jamaica is a slave outpost. And God is
going to judge your behavior for this criminally abusive
misconduct that is a throwback to slavery in stealing
people's labor and wealth.
Hollywood is full of crooks. They're not
real businesspeople. They are thieves and con artists
stealing copyrights (which means money) and people's
labor. I predict a massive disaster and an unprecedented
fall is coming concerning the aforementioned thieves (and
my predictions routinely happen).

Beyoncé and Jay-Z sued by Jamaican artist over
'Black Effect'
Updated 1:46 PM ET, Wed June 17, 2020 - (CNN) Beyoncé
Knowles Carter and her husband Jay-Z are being accused of not giving
a Jamaican artist credit for her contribution to their single "Black
Effect." Lenora Antoinette Stines filed Tuesday in the United States
District Court Central District of California to be compensated for
copyright infringement, right of publicity and unjust enrichment.
The suit is centered around the song "Black Effect"
from the couple's joint 2018 album, "Everything is Love." Jay-Z's
legal name is Shawn Carter and the album is credited to "The
Carters." CNN has reached out to reps for the couple for comment.
According to the suit, a copy of which CNN obtained,
Stines "is 68 years old and she is extremely well respected and
highly regarded in the island of Jamaica, and throughout the world
for her artistry and wisdom." Stines alleges that she was approached
in Jamaica by the couple in March of 2018 to help obtain dancers for
a video meant to promote their album and tour. Stines, who uses the
title "Dr." in the lawsuit, said she supplied some dancers for the
video and was also asked to speak about her thoughts on love in the
video.
According to Stines, on the day she showed up to
film the video she was told she "must sign" an agreement in order to
participate. "When Dr. Stines inquired into the terms of the
agreement, she was told that the agreement 'was just a standard
document that everyone had to sign,'" the suit states. "She was then
told not to 'worry, because the agreement was only going to be
utilized so that her voice could be used in the Video.'"
Stines said that when she asked if she could snap a
photo of the agreement to send to her son, who is an attorney in
South Florida to review, she "was explicitly told that she could not
send a picture of the agreement to anyone to review."
The suit goes on to say that Stines was assured that
the recording "would only be used in the video, which was said to be
for promotional purposes."
But when the album came out in June 2018, "To the shock, horror and
chagrin of Dr. Stines, the Project featured the unauthorized
exploitation of her vocals on a song known as "Black Effect" (the
"Recording")."
"This discovery left Dr. Stines feeling violated,"
the suit states. Stines' voice is featured in the first minute of
the "Black Effect" song. She is seeking damages, legal fees, a
portion of the publishing rights and a writer's credit for the
single.
