Chris Brown Sued For Sexual Assault On Claims A Woman Was Raped By Rapper And Forced To Perform Oral Sex On A Menstruating Woman At His House

R&B singer Chris Brown has been sued for $17,000,000 by an unnamed woman, listed as "Jane Doe" in the legal action. She is represented by famous Los Angeles lawyer, Gloria Allred. The woman alleges she was sexually assaulted during a drug fuelled party at Brown's mansion in Tarzana, California, which is a suburb of Los Angeles.

The Jane Doe who filed the lawsuit, states Brown gave his guests "cocaine, molly and marijuana." She also stated that one of Brown's female friends forced several women at the party into a bedroom, where rapper EverybodyKnowsLo, real name Lowell Grissom, forced her to perform oral sex on him.

She states she was also forced to perform oral sex on a woman that was menstruating, who sat on her face. Jane Doe states after the involuntary act, she went to the bathroom and saw that her face was covered in blood. She states when she took a shower and tried to leave, Grissom raped her (and the woman forced another female in the room to have sex with Brown). Jane Doe states she went to a rape center and reported the incident to the police.

During a press conference held this week, Allred stated the case is "one of the most horrific sexual assault cases" she has ever seen. Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, is denying the claims of sexual assault and rape. Geragos is stating, "Chris didn't do anything. There's no case here." The Daily Mail reported that Geragos states he and Allred secretly mediated the case already and he says it proved the claims were false." Thus far, Allred has not responded to Geragos' statement. Brown and Grissom have not responded to the claims in the lawsuit.

For years I have warned on this site that Chris Brown needs to stop bringing strangers back to his home and hotel rooms, as it is a dangerous practice. Not only can a person contract HIV engaging in such promiscuous practices, they can also be robbed or accused of rape. However, Brown continues these unsafe practices and it gotten him into trouble three times since I issued the warning.

Brown, who track me down twice in Miami, is a biploar, drug addicted man and it has made him very impetuous. He does whatever he feels like on the spur of the moment, not thinking about the consequences and it continues to cost him plenty in scandal after scandal, wracking up massive legal fees.

But Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos claims that the lawsuit against the rapper is a shameless money grab as Doe has tried to claim $17million from the rapper.

Afterward, the female friend pushed Jane Doe down on the bed and ‘literally sat on [her] face, using her legs to pin [her] down while forcing [her] to perform oral sex on her,’ according to the lawsuit. The friend made sure the bedroom door was blocked by a couch. Jane Doe claims her cell phone was confiscated earlier in the night...
