Christian Combs Sued For Drugging And Sexually Assaulting Woman On His Dad Diddy's Rented Yacht In Incident Caught On Tape (Video)

Christian Combs, 26, has been sued for sexually assaulting and drugging a woman on a yacht, regarding an incident occurred in 2022. Grace O'Marcaigh, who was 25-years-old when the incident is alleged to have transpired two years ago, has sued Christian Combs, and his dad, Sean "Diddy" Combs, 54. Christian has been sued for sexual assault and sexual harassment. Diddy has been sued for premises liability, as he rented the yacht where the alleged sexual assault occurred.

Grace, who was a bartender on the yacht, has audio recordings of the alleged sexual assault. She stated in her lawsuit, Christian kept sexually harassing her during what was supposed to be a family friendly excursion. Grace stated Christian and his family turned it into a debauched, drug fuelled trip. She states Diddy openly used illegal narcotics on the yacht and refused to let the crew leave the room, which gave them a "contact high" against their wishes.

Grace's lawsuit even took jabs at Christian referring to him as an, "Autotuned and heavily edited rapper." Christian has not had the chart success of his dad Diddy regarding his rap career. So, that one is gonna hurt, because it is basically saying he can't rap. Diddy has not been able to buy his son any hits.

Grace stated, "The make-up of the yacht quickly evolved from just Defendant S. Combs and his family to include a constant rotation of suspected sex workers and other A-List celebrities such as French Montana and actor Cuba Gooding Jr." Ok, they are not A-List (LOL).

Grace states she witnessed Cuba Gooding Jr., "inappropriately touching" music producer Lil Rod in the temporary recording studio on the yacht (Lil Rod made mention of this in his lawsuit and included photos of the incident). Previously, Gooding Jr was arrested for sexually assaulting a woman in a night club. CCTV video was used against him in the incident.

Grace stated Combs and his guests drank constantly and until 6:00AM in the morning on the yacht. She also stated, "Staff was often treated with disrespect, suspected sex workers were sprawled out unconscious about the yacht, and it was difficult to distinguish which bottles of alcohol were laced with drugs and which bottles were not." It sounds like a terrible environment.

Grace tellingly revealed in her lawsuit, "Plaintiff found it very suspicious that after one shot of DeLeon tequila or one mixed drink, various women on the yacht would be falling over themselves, panicking, or passing out." It sounds like Diddy Cosby rented the yacht.

She states that during one incident a young sex worker on the yacht ran into the massage room crying and locked herself into the room. The sex trafficked girl, "Said she did not feel safe and wanted to leave." In another incident Grace, "Witnessed an argument between a woman and a man. The man was upset and proceeded to physically assault her."

Diddy's drug mule, Brendan Paul (yes, the same one who was just arrested), was accused of "laughing uncontrollably" to Grace because, "he had to sit and watch Defendant S. Combs have sex with multiple women" because Diddy "wanted him present just in case he needed him to get him something while he was in the middle of the act." That "uncontrollable" laughter could mean Diddy is bad in bed and or his you know what is small.

Grace's lawsuit makes reference to Diddy's music producer, Rodney Jones Jr ("Lil Rod") being present on the yacht and being "required to be on standby for musical recordings often late into the night." Grace's case was filed by the same attorney that filed a lawsuit against Diddy on behalf of Lil Rod, which resulted in Diddy's mansions being raided.

She alleges Christian brought a bottle of tequila onto the boat and demanded she, the captain and other members of staff take shots of the liquor with him. Grace alleges she later realized the tequila was laced with drugs. Christian sexually assaulted Grace in the yacht's temporary recording studio.

She states Christian, "Touched Plaintiff's legs, breasts, anus, and vagina. he also tried to kiss her and proceeded to his her neck, face, and hands." She stated she began losing consciousness at that point due to the drug spiked tequila.

Here's where it gets ugly for Christian. Due to his and Diddy's alleged insistence that things be recorded, Lil Rod, has audio of Christian forcing Grace to drink the spiked tequila. She demanded Christian take a shot from the bottle as well and he suspiciously stated on tape, "I ain't going to lie, I'm not taking nothing. Please, please, take the shot." It gives the appearance he wouldn't drink the shot he was forcing on her, because it was laced with drugs.

The audio recordings of the incident reveal Grace telling Christian things such as "you don't touch my legs like that" and "you can take your hand off my as* for the first thing." The lawsuit goes on to state Christian cornered Grace in the movie theatre on the yacht, took off all his clothes and tried to rape her. Grace stated Christian aggressively grabbed her arm in trying to block her from leaving the room, and tried to force her to perform oral sex on him.

She states what saved her is a partner on the yacht entered the movie theater which "startled Defendant C. Combs, and the Plaintiff was finally able to leave." Grace alleges when she informed the Captain he berated her. She also stated Diddy gave the Captain a huge tip to keep quiet about his son trying to rape Grace. She alleges that though she formally complained, the incident was covered up by the Yacht's management, who fired her not long after the incident. The lawsuit contains photos of the bruising to her arms. She became anorexic and suicidal.

Speaking of bribes, in the Cassie lawsuit, she alleged that Diddy viciously beat her at a hotel, then paid the establishment $50,000 to clean up the broken items and to delete the CCTV camera footage showing him attacking her in the hallway as she tried to run away, during the beating that occurred in the suite. Cassie also accused Diddy of rape. Like father, like son. Yea, lock them up.
