Diddy Denied Bail For A Fourth Time And Spent Thanksgiving In Jail

Judge Arun Subramanian denied former music mogul, Sean "Diddy" Combs, bail this week, which resulted in him spending Thanksgiving in jail at the notorious Metropolitan Detention Center in New York. The jail is austere and rough, which is exactly what Diddy deserves for the crimes he has been committing, such as racketeering.

In September, Diddy was remanded into custody pending trial on sex trafficking and arson charges, among other items. Diddy's trial is slated to begin on May 5, 2025, if there are no delays or he doesn't get Epsteined. Diddy's trial beginning on Cinco De Mayo is ironic, as he loves to party and the lengths he took it to has firmly landed him in serious trouble.

This is the fourth time Diddy has attempted to obtain bail over the past two months (it was a slow two months). This is the third judge to tell Diddy no. However, he is not listening and stated he will keep applying for bail. The judge has correctly branded Diddy a danger to the community. Judge Subramanian expressed in his ruling there is no way to keep the public safe with Diddy free, as he has brazenly circumvented rules regarding monitoring which the court put in place ("no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community").

Judge Subramanian wrote in his ruling that Diddy, "Carried or brandished firearms to intimidate and threaten others, including victims of and witnesses to his abuse." The judge also cited Diddy breaking the rules of the Metropolitan Detention Center in using another inmate's account to make telephone calls, in an effort to hide his questionable conduct from authorities. Diddy has been contacting witnesses indirectly and directly, even ex-girlfriend and his victim, Cassie, according to the judge, and engaging in witness tampering. The judge referenced text messages illustrating Diddy's unethical contact with his victims and other witnesses.

In an embarrassing turn of events, Diddy had compared himself to President-elect Donald Trump, who was allowed to remain free while on trial in various cases that have now been dropped. However, the prosecution stated, "But you are not Donald Trump." Diddy equating his situation with that of the president-elect should show you his mindset. Diddy is not in touch with reality.
