As stated previously on the site, legal fees could bankrupt Diddy. Things are now firmly headed in that direction with revelations from two of his lawyers. One of the many law firms representing Diddy in a civil case has withdrawn. The law firm Sher Tremonte (founded by Justin Sher and Michael Tremonte) have dropped Diddy as a client, stating he is not cooperating and has unpaid legal fees that go back to 2025.

The law firm is one of several who have been representing Diddy in many cases. Sher Tremonte has been representing Diddy in several cases. In most of the cases Diddy is the defendant. In one of the Sher Tremonte cases Diddy filed suit for defamation of character (LOL what character; the man still won't tell us what he was doing with all that baby oil).

Diddy began paying Sher Tremonte to sue Courtney Burgess, attorney Ariel Mitchell, and Nextstar Media Inc (the latter owns NewsNation). Burgess made reference to recordings regarding Diddy and others, which he denies. The case was filed for $50,000,000 in damages, then upped to $100,000,000.

Diddy is accused of not paying any legal fees in 6-months. The law firm stated in their withdrawal filing, "Mr. Combs is in substantial arrears in paying Sher Tremonte's legal fees. For many months, while Sher Tremonte has been rendering legal services, Mr. Combs has not remitted any payment for the substantial balance of attorney's fees, costs, and expenses incurred during Sher Tremonte's representation of him in this matter." 

Not paying your attorney is unwise as it can result in a lawsuit. It is very difficult to win in court against your attorney over non-payment of legal fees. Diddy should know that. This tells me Diddy is running out of money and can't pay his bills. He has been trying to sell homes, cars and his private jet. He was able to sell his private jet but not his Bel Air mansion.

The most expensive of all the cases was Diddy's criminal trial. Diddy's defense cost millions of dollars. He was sentenced to 5-years in prison. He has already served 2-years. Though he was not supposed to be released until late 2028, the Fort Dix prison drug diversion program shaves time off sentences.

Due to the program Diddy could potentially be out of prison by next summer or earlier, which in his case is an injustice, as he deserves life in prison for all the crimes he has been committing (including allegations of attempted murder and commissioned murder). However, he was only tried on some of his sex crimes.
