A hacker targeting 15-year-old Hannah Montana star, Miley Cyrus, has vowed to stop leaking inappropriate photos of her that he gained through hacking her phone. He is also vowing to hack others.

What I want to know is, since we know the dude's name, Josh Holly, why is he still free. He hacked into an underage teen's account and posted borderline pornographic photos of her online. That's illegal.

In other news, Miley Cyrus' dress sense was called "tarty" by fashion guru Tim Gunn in OK magazine. Well, sometimes she does dress too revealingly.

Miley Cyrus Hacker Vows: 'No More Sexy Photos'

The hacker who has been leaking candid snaps of Miley Cyrus has vowed not to release any more photos of the Hannah Montana star. TrainReq – real name Josh Holly – caused a stir in July when he posted photographs of a then-15-year-old Miley, semi-clothed and in various provocative poses on an internet forum.

Holly claims to have hacked into Miley's email account and snooped on emails she was sending to then-boyfriend, Nick Jonas of The Jonas Brothers. It's thought he tried to sell more photos from his collection, including (he claims) some fully-nude shots of the Disney star.
