Rapper Megan Thee Stallion, real name Megan Pete, has sued blogger Milagro Gramz, for being a "mouthpiece and puppet" for ex-boyfriend, Tory Lanez, who is now serving time for shooting Megan in her feet. Megan has accused Milagro, real name Milagro Cooper, of defamation, cyberbullying and harassment. NBC News lists the lawsuit as one for, "Promotion of an altered sexual depiction, cyberstalking, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false light invasion of privacy." In response to the lawsuit Milagro posted, "Countersuit gone go crazy."

The lawsuit, filed on Megan's behalf by attorney Alex Spiro, alleges Milagro is publishing online allegedly false stories about Lanez's conviction being overturned. It was announced this week that the court has agreed to rehear aspects of Lanez's case, which some have interpreted as innocence on his part. However, the previous verdict has not been vacated. The guilty verdict still stands at this time.

Megan accused Milagro of publishing stories online which label her a drunkard. However, this is one claim Megan will have difficulty defending. Megan's former label CEO, Carl Crawford, publicly referred to Megan as someone with a drinking problem, as have others in entertainment. Megan was publicly seen on stage chugging alcohol and feeding liquor to fans as well.

The Daily Mail reported, Megan accused Milagro of sharing a "deepfake pornographic video" which "violates a Florida statute banning 'altered sexual depictions' or real people." This could pose a problem for Milagro. Even if you did not author the offending video, re-sharing it can cause a problem. It's not the same as re-reporting a news story that turns out to be false, because if you did not originate it or add anything illegal to the article, you have a defense in court, as has been seen in a number of cases. The only defense Milagro would have is to state she did not know it was a deepfake and the judge may or may not believe that.

Another item mentioned in the lawsuit is Milgro stating the gun used in the shooting is now missing. Megan's lawyer is asserting this is untrue, which could prove a problem for Milagro. If the gun is not missing that is textbook spreading lies and she can be held accountable in court.

Megan accused Milagro of cyberbullying. The Daily Mail reported, "The suit noted that Megan has 'repeatedly tried to stop Defendant Cooper's misconduct' and 'asked what it would take to stop being posted on Defendant's platforms.' In response, Defandant provided the snide advice that Ms. pete should 'just get over it, or go away.'"

Well, at least she didn't ask for money to stop the stream of unflattering articles. Megan also takes umbrage with Milagro questioning if she was even shot than night during the disagreement with fellow rapper Lanez. This has clearly infuriated Megan. However, you'd be surprised, from day one there have been thousands of comments on social networking from members of the publicly openly expressing they do not believe Megan was shot. However, she posted photos of the injures from the hospital, where they did surgery to remove bullet fragments. Megan did present proof in this regard.

The lawsuit is trying to clarify items Megan deems mischaracterizations in the public domain. Lawsuits can be done to do so. However, one has to be careful not to come across as attempting to stifle free speech, as censorship is not a good thing. There are people who do not believe Megan's side of the story and they have a right to express that.

The Daily Mail further reported, "'I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists.'" I don't know who told her to state that and in a lawsuit of all things, because now every blogger online (that doesn't take bribes from Hollywood) is going to act really shady with her regarding her coverage. Megan's coverage in the blogoshpere is about to get ugly like Jay Z.

Megan posted items from her hospitalization and I have accepted them at face value. However, I'm not a fan of her music, as I think it is vulgar, explicit, materialistic and promotes promiscuity. Megan's music sets a bad example for impressionable audiences. Megan is also mixed up in the sick, satanic Hollywood cult Jay Z brought her into, which also involves Diddy, and is run by child sex trafficker Madonna. In the future it is going to be her downfall and theirs as well.
