The Beverly Hills mansion of rapper and hip hop mogul, Sean "Diddy" Combs, 55, has been on the market for months, but there are no takers. Diddy is on trial for sex trafficking, arson, kidnapping, racketeering, and illegal drugs and guns. Diddy is known for having massive orgies at his homes in Los Angeles (California) and Miami Beach (Florida).

As it turns out people don't want to buy a home covered in sperm, vaginal fluids and lubricant. There is known fact in real estate where homes where pornography have been shot command well below market value. There is also a known fact in real estate that homes where terrible human rights abuses have been committed, such as murder, rape, pedophilia or torture, command well below market value. Homes belonging to people in those categories also command significantly lower selling prices.

This is why homes where notorious deeds transpired or were occupied by known criminals attached to terrible crimes are often seized by the government and torn down or bought by third parties and demolished. Considering all the lawsuits filed against Diddy and the fact in the state of New York, where his crimes are being tried, government can seized assets as restitution, Diddy's assets should have been seized.

Ironically, Diddy has hidden assets in the names of his mother, Janice Combs, and his sons and daughters. Assets were also illegally passed to Diddy's girlfriend, rapper Yung Miami. This was all done to avoid financial accountability regarding his crimes. Diddy also robbed many of his recording artists, writers, producers and third parties he brazenly stole intellectual property from in criminal violation of domestic and international law.
