Biden, who is suffering from dementia, boldly referred to NATO Secretary Stoltenberg as an "intellectual wigger." A wigger is a slur that means "white n*gger" in reference to a white person who thinks or acts like they are black. Biden is a loose cannon. During the speech Biden also stated to another man in NATO, "I realize I was f*cking your wife...forgive me."

Biden has become such a laughingstock and the government by default. This madness cannot continue. Some senior Democrats, such as Adam Smith, are begging Biden to step down, as he is doing significant damage to their party, the government and America. Republican politicians want Biden removed under the 25the Amendment, which is in reference to removing a President who has become impaired due to disability.
