Prince's Estate Seeks To Break Ties
With Jay Z And Madonna's Failing Tidal Music Streaming
Company Over Royalty Theft
Lawsuits And Criminal Investigation

Jay Z and Beyonce looking as tacky as ever
The estate of the late, legendary singer,
Prince, has formally moved to be released from the contract
they signed with Madonna and Jay Z's corrupt, royalty
stealing, music streaming falsifying company Tidal (Jay Z And Madonna's Tidal Reported To The Police For Falsifying Music
Streaming Sales). The state already sued Tidal over engaging in
copyright infringement the moment the singer died (Prince's Estate Sues Jay Z And Madonna's Tidal For Copyright
Infringement).
Prince also did not like the music Jay Z
released, as it is explicit, profane and violent. Prince
referred to people like Jay Z as a part of the problem in
society. Prince had also developed issues with
music industry psychopath
Madonna as detailed by his ex-girlfriend (Prince's Ex-Girlfriend States He And Madonna Were Not Friends
Despite What She Tries To Claim Now). Considering
how Prince died,
I'm pretty sure he wouldn't want those evil vultures at
Tidal anywhere near his music.
A mainstream news report stated, "The Star
Tribune reports on the latest legal battle over Prince's
vast catalog of songs, this time in Carver County District
Court. Sharon, Norrine and John Nelson — three of Prince's
six siblings and half-siblings who are playing a big role in
his estate — pointed to allegations that Tidal inflated
streaming numbers and argued that that could jeopardize the
estate. Tidal had disputed the allegations when they came
out in a Norwegian newspaper last year."

Prince siblings want out of contract with Jay-Z's
Tidal
Jun 20, 2018, 8:33am - Three of Prince's
siblings are seeking to cancel a contract with Jay-Z's music
streaming company Tidal over the rights to release some of
the late singer's music. The Star Tribune reports on the
latest legal battle over Prince's vast catalog of songs,
this time in Carver County District Court. Sharon, Norrine
and John Nelson — three of Prince's six siblings and
half-siblings who are playing a big role in his estate —
pointed to allegations that Tidal inflated streaming numbers
and argued that that could jeopardize the estate. Tidal had
disputed the allegations when they came out in a Norwegian
newspaper last year.
Meanwhile, there could be another deal in
the works for the rights to some of Prince's earlier work.
Variety reports that Sony Music has a deal to license an
unspecified catalog of Prince's music. It's unclear exactly
what songs are covered, though one likely possibility is
Prince's post-1995 catalog and U.S. rights to many of his
earlier albums that was part of a scuttled $31 million deal
with Universal...

Prince siblings want to fight deal with Jay-Z's Tidal
(again)
June 19, 2018 — 9:26pm - In a sign of the
lingering dissent in the Prince estate even as new deals for
new albums are being announced, three of the singer's
siblings filed a motion in Carver County district court on
Monday to overturn a contract with Jay-Z's music streaming
company Tidal over exclusive rights to an album of
unreleased material.
Tidal is coming off a big weekend after
issuing Jay-Z's new duo album with his wife, Beyoncé, but
the Prince siblings are accusing the company of fraud over
prior albums. These are the same three of the six Prince
siblings, Sharon, Norrine and John Nelson, who previously
tried to get Troy Carter — Lady Gaga's ex-manager and a
Spotify executive — and Comerica Bank & Trust removed as the
overseers of Prince's music...
