Finally realizing running around all over the globe grinning and showing off, reveling in the media attention, after the fight with Sony Music singer Chris Brown, didn't look right, Rihanna has cancelled her concert in Dubai, claiming it is not the right time. It didn't help that there was low ticket demand.

Rihanna’s return to the stage will have to wait.

Her first concert since allegedly being beaten by boyfriend Chris Brown in February has been scrapped. That’s the word from Vibe Event Management, the promoter of her highly publicized “comeback” concert, which was scheduled to take place May 28 in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

“We want to share with you that Rihanna and her management will not be accepting to hold a public concert at this time as it is not appropriate timing for her,” says Yassin Matbouly of Vibe told UAE publication tabloid...
