21-year-old singer, D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke, made his first appearance in court today, charged in the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Social networking is pleased D4vd is finally being brought to justice, because for months the investigation in Los Angeles dragged on with no arrests.

Celeste's dismemberment was confirmed in the arrest and charges. She was found in the front trunk of D4vd's Tesla. Celeste's arms, head and legs were removed and her body cut in half at the waist. Celeste's head and torso were found in one bag. Her arms and legs in another bag. Considering the torso does not include the head, this gives the impression Celeste was decapitated. It was a Hollywood cult ritual killing, much like in the case of the Black Dahlia. She was also murdered in a satanic Hollywood ritual killing.

The rental house Celeste's murder occurred in needs to be demolished. It serves as the reminders of the horrors of what happened to a 13-year-old girl. Don't let it become a landmark on Hollywood tours. Celeste's death needs to be respected in that it does not turn into a circus. After all, she was a child. It also needs to be a warning to young girls and boys about the dangers of running away from home (albeit, don't go into graphic and gory details when telling teens the story as a warning not to runaway).

Some like to laugh it off but those lunatics in Hollywood are violent satanic cultists who have engaged in murder and commissioned murder. They take the "Illuminati" madness very seriously and are harming members of the public due to it.

The charges against D4vd say so much. The coroner and prosecutors state Celeste was murdered with a sharp object. D4vd is charged with, "First degree murder with special circumstances, continuous lewd acts with an individual under 14 and mutilating human remains of a body."

The Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman stated, "Celeste, a 14-year-old at that time, went to Mr. Burke's house in the Hollywood Hills. She was never heard from again." Hochman also stated, "lying in wait, committing this crime for financial gain or murdering a witness in an investigation" relates to the item concerning Celeste threatening to go public regarding D4vd sexually abusing her beginning when she was 13 and he 20. D4vd feared he would lose his career.

There is a video on social networking where Celeste looked nervous and afraid while sitting beside D4vd and answering questions from his fans. She nervously blurted out an item about him "raping" kids during the live stream and D4vd ended the video chat immediately. Celeste's eyes looked sad and watery. It showed he was manipulating her.

There is also a chat published by one of Celeste's friends, which indicated she was not comfortable having sex with D4vd. I think she had regrets about running away from home and ending up being a victim of statutory rape. It may have seemed like fun running away and staying with a celebrity, but it was very dangerous. However, minors sometimes don't sense the danger in their actions.

D4vd has pleaded not guilty. D4vd is automatically eligible for life in prison. He is also eligible for the death penalty if the prosecutor seeks the latter.
