Orianne Cevey, 46, the ex-wife of singer Phil Collins, 69, just humiliated him in court in her fight to take his $40,000,000 Miami home. Cevey stated Collins promised her 50% interest in the property, but he disagrees. They were supposed to reconcile, but she changed her mind and ran off and marry a younger man, 31-year-old, Thomas Bates.

To get back at him for not giving her the $40,000,000 house, Cevey, had her attorney put in published court papers that Collins is impotent and didn't bathe or brush his teeth for a year. Wow, that was a low blow and should not have been made public.

I liked the music of Collins and his band Genesis until they released the "We Can't Dance" album, with the offensive song and video, "Jesus He Knows Me" which mocked the church. Now, Collins sees for himself it's no fun being publicly mocked. Ironically, Collins nor Genesis have experienced a hit since, as it was poorly received.

Nonetheless, the details of his marriage should have been kept private. Technically, impotence is a medical condition. As such it is unlawful and unethical to place items pertaining to his medical record in the public domain without his consent. The Miami court failed to censor it, and it's not the first time they've done something like that. It's like HIPAA is a joke.

Last week, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that Cevey, 46, and Collins, 69, have reached a 'partial settlement' in the bitter battle to remove her and her new husband from the singer's Florida home. Collins insists Cevey has no right to live in his palatial waterfront property with her new husband Thomas Bates, 31, and sued to have her kicked out...

But things took a turn for the worst shortly after the Swiss jewelry designer agreed to the terms and moved back in with Collins and their children. She claims in the new documents that Collins became a hermit and shut out everyone.

Eventually, she says he lost his musical talents and started abusing pain killers, according to TMZ. To make matters worse, Cevey said Collins refused to shower for nearly a year from 2019-2020. Collins began to smell and his 'stench became so pervasive that he became a hermit, refusing to interact personally with any people', Cevey claims...
