The FBI Criminally Interfered In Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Civil Cases

The FBI has illegally been going in and out of Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami exerting their will, just as they did two--years ago at their other hospital Jackson North Medical Center (The FBI Has Been Criminally Going Into Hospitals And Medical Clinics In America Damaging And Killing Patients For Political And Financial Gain (Videos, Medical Documents, Photos)).

This is a follow up to the articles "The FBI Tried To Kill My 83-Year-Old Mother" and "The FBI Tried To Kill My 83-Year-Old Mother - Part 2." As stated in the aforementioned articles my mother was assaulted in a nursing home, Ponce Health and Rehabilitation, in Miami, Florida on December 24, 2025. An FBI agent had been loitering outside the property. Then my mom was mysteriously assaulted there.

Mom was only supposed to be at the Ponce Health and Rehabilitation nursing home for 10-days for care and physical therapy, then we leave America, due to the horrendous human rights abuses we have been experiencing (The FBI Is Stonewalling Congress On Releasing FBI File In Madonna Human Rights Abuse Case (Congressional Documents)). However, the FBI again was illegally trying to prevent us from leaving America and had made death threats regarding it, through FBI informant Ms. A. Denise Kelly, among others.

The FBI has been criminally exploiting me for years though I do not work for them, never have and do not want anything to do with them. They think slavery is still in effect, as they are hateful and psychotic supremacists, who've been sued by many minorities, including Black people for racial harassment, abuse and exploitation. Even Black and Hispanic FBI agents have sued the FBI for racial harassment and abuse the agency looked the other way to because they support the misconduct as supremacists.

Mom wasn't even at the Ponce Health and Rehabilitation nursing home for a full 24-hours when she was mysteriously assaulted. When they realized she was dying due to the assault Ponce Health and Rehabilitation nursing home sent mom via ambulance to a Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.

When the nursing home sent her to Jackson Memorial Hospital on Christmas Eve morning at around 6:30AM to 7:00AM and telephoned me a little after 7:00AM, speaking in a strange manner, they hid what they had done. Then Jackson Memorial Hospital telephoned me and told me to come in, as they would need consent to intubate her. The main doctor that spoke to me in the ICU was grim, dismissive and unkind. She was suggesting I pull the plug. I told her no.

While at the hospital I found a wound on the top of her forehead from the Ponce Health and Rehabilitation nursing home assault. A hospital nurse then found a wound on the back of her head. Mom's arms had bruises all over them with faint traces of blood. Mom's face was extremely swollen like she had been stifled or choked. I documented the injuries via photos and videos, as did the hospital in her medical records.

When I arrived at the hospital and saw my mom in the intensive care unit I gasped. She did not look herself. Her face was swollen and she kept blinking and not speaking, with tears in her eyes. I later found out from a nurse that she was given Fentanyl upon arrival at the hospital, which I didn't agree with nor was I happy about, as that was dangerous. Fentanyl is very strong and administering it to a 83-year-old when you don't know what other pharmaceutical drugs is already in their system, was dangerous.

Fentanyl sent mom into a stupor and because of that she was unable to respond when the doctor asked her questions as one of the markers to test if intubation is required. Had she not been given Fentanyl upon arrival at the hospital's emergency room while displaying the signs of a seizure, she would not have needed intubation.

Due to the fact she had been assaulted at the Ponce Health and Rehabilitation nursing home via blows to the head, she was shaking, which the nurse called "a seizure." She needed an anticonvulsant (anti-seizure medication) not Fentanyl, as the latter is so strong it has debilitated and killed many people via overdose. My mom had never had a seizure in her 83-years of life up until that point. An assault that included blows to the head can cause a seizure, as medical journals note.

Intubation is a very serious, uncomfortable and distressing procedure where a person's head is pulled back and a breathing tube is inserted down their throat, as they lay there for weeks. She was also given the pharmaceutical drug Propofol in the ICU a couple hours after the Fentanyl in the ER. At first mom was conscious, but not responding. After a few days she would open her eyes and look around but for the first few weeks did not speak or make any sounds.

I spent Christmas in the intensive care unit of the hospital with mom. She turned 84-years-old in the hospital on December 29, 2025. She was in an unresponsive state for days. However, she tried to show me she is still here by doing things like slowly moving her feet, and also squeezing my hand and pulling it close to her. Whenever I would tell her "I love you" she would cry.

Then about 2-weeks later she started doing things like moving her head and sneezing. Medical journals indicate sneezing is a good sign of a potential recovery, as it means body functions are returning. Her body temperature also started to rise after a couple days, where it had been a low 82 degrees when she was admitted to the hospital. That is also a good sign of a potential recovery.

There were serious issues. For days the intern doctors kept misdiagnosing mom in the intensive care unit. They did so to me in the hospital and my cousin over the phone, who is a top doctor in London. I had called my cousin the day mom was rushed to the hospital, as she has over 45-years of medical experience at the highest levels in medicine.

One minute the intern doctors at Jackson Memorial Hospital stated an MRI shows an aneurysm (in the brain), which is very serious. The next they said maybe it was just an artifact (the MRI machine recording a smudge or movement creating a shadow on the image). At the time I was concerned because an aneurysm is very serious, as a rupture can cause death rather quickly. The intern was not in a rush to determine if an aneurysm was actually present and stated she is not worried about that right now.

Then the intern doctors said mom has meningitis. Then days later they said no it is not meningitis. Then they said mom has an infection and she is going in the wrong direction regarding test results. This prompted them to give her a host of antibiotics, which is not a great thing, as in the future it can promote antibiotic resistance. Then the intern doctors stated that mom didn't have an infection and  they don't know what it was that caused the test results.

I went there daily and prayed over my mom (we are Christians). I did not like what was happening from the assault at Ponce Health and Rehabilitation to the care she was being given in the aftermath (the Fentanyl issue is a very bad sticking point). I was alarmed by the lack of answers from the intern doctors and flip flopping on the diagnosis every couple days. It doesn't create confidence.

I asked for the name of the doctor in charge of the unit. A nurse gave me an email address. I emailed him my concerns and copied it to the hospital's medical director. Two senior doctors arranged a meeting to speak to me and stated they would do an MRA regarding the suspected aneurysm and check in on her care. After approximately one month in the ICU mom was sent to the "step down ICU" for care on another floor of the hospital, meaning her condition was stabilizing.

2-months later I found out from a nursing home mom was discharged from Jackson Memorial Hospital for the month of March 2026 that mom had contracted Klebsiella Pneumoniae. It happened in Jackson Memorial Hospital. Klebsiella Pneumoniae happens when hospital workers hands are contaminated with germs and not sanitized, then they infect a patient's wounds. This is why the intern doctors kept telling my cousin and I all sorts of things such as aneurysm, meningitis, kidney problems, then going back on all those claims s couple days after making those pronouncements, while refusing to name the infection that mom was being bombarded with many antibiotics in an attempt to fight it.

When my mom was admitted to Jackson Memorial Hospital she had a bedsore on her right upper thigh. She had been deliberatly given food poisoning by FBI informant Ms. A. Denise Kelly, because we were trying to leave America, and she made threats against it (on behalf of the FBI). However, we were making arrangements to leave and it infuriated the FBI. The demons at the FBI clearly decided a terrible case of food poisoning would so sicken my mom that we could not leave America, because to an 83-year-old that is very debilitating.

Ms. A Denise Kelly is someone my family knew for years, who later admitted to me that the FBI called her and her sister in to their office in Miramar, Florida, which is just minutes outside of Miami. The FBI called them in to their office because of me. The FBI unethically wanted her to be my handler, due to  my copyrights the FBI helped Hollywood steal and engaged in a criminal cover up so bad, they would not even release the FBI files on the matter to then-Senator Marco Rubio who acted on my behalf in requesting them (The FBI Is Stonewalling Congress On Releasing FBI File In Madonna Human Rights Abuse Case (Congressional Documents)).

Ms. A. Denise Kelly had secretly begun acting as my handler on behalf of the lawbreaking FBI. I knew the whole time. However, it all reached boiling point last year when the FBI's vile actions became increasingly sick and desperate over my mom and I making arrangements to leave America. Giving my mom food poisoning and to such a horrible degree was a terrible turning point in her health.

In September 2025, Ms. A. Denise Kelly was determined my mom try this food from a restaurant she and her sister had found, and brought it over. It gave mom a horrible case of food poisoning in September 2025 that did extraordinary damage and could have killed her with dehydration and a bowel impaction. Mom was vomiting and having horrible stomach pains that made her cry, among other things due to the food poisoning. Mom's doctor and nurse tried to stop the damage via medication but it didn't work.

As the food poisoning had so debilitated mom, she was lying down a lot and in one night developed a small wound/bedsore on her upper right thigh. The food poisoning had given her a terrible case of Post IBS. It was a struggle everyday to make sure she got all her nutrients because on some days she wasn't keeping the food down. I called 911 and they took her to Palmetto General Hospital (not Jackson Memorial Hospital that later gave her Fentanyl, as mentioned above).

Had the FBI not sent Ms. A. Denise Kelly to give my mom food poisoning, betraying her trust as a so-called family friend, my mom would not have needed hospitalization at Palmetto General Hospital on December 10, 2025 for two weeks for serious food poisoning related damage, then being sent to Ponce Health and Rehabilitation where she was cruelly assaulted, in acts that still has her fighting for her life (due to Jackson Memorial Hospital engaging in a catalog of horrible medical decisions and negligence from December 24, 2025 to April 15, 2026).

Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami inexcusably took a Stage 1 bedsore that had been successfully operated on at Palmetto General Hospital, to a Stage 4 due to negligence, which is life threatening. Jackson Memorial Hospital also created other bedsores during the time mom was at the hospital from December 24, 2025 to March 3, 2026.

The bed sores are horrendous and life threatening. There are two main ones that 6 inches wide and deep. Even my cousin, who has practiced medicine at the highest levels for decades is horrified and asked, "how could they let that happen" and "they are dehumanizing her." As another relative abroad who worked in sports medicine stated, "They are treating her like a piece of meat."

This massively endangered my mom's life and worsened her prognosis due to Jackson Memorial Hospital causing new bedsores, Klebsiella Pneumoniae, sepsis, and anemia, which required two blood transfusions. As my cousin stated to me after I sent her the photos and videos of the bedsores, "If this was England it would be serious." She asked why didn't the hospital use an air mattress like in the English medical system (NHS) to prevent bedsores. The automated air mattresses create movement to alleviate pressure on the patient's body, thus preventing bed sores.

While at Jackson Memorial Hospital, because they had given mom Fentanyl and Propofol, which is difficult for an 83-year-old to wake up from, and can even take weeks according to medical journals, it created another problem. The doctors told me they had to perform even further invasive procedures on mom, which is a tracheostomy (they cut a hole in the throat of the patient and insert a tube) and a stomach feeding tube (called a peg, which they cut a hole in the stomach and insert a tube).

Mom was more alert at the time and so uncomfortable with the tracheostomy. She did not give up. God began healing mom. I was encouraged by this. She began eating food again (puree and pudding, which I was told is the protocol in such situations with a tracheostomy). She was improving by the grace of God.

Once again we began making arrangements to leave America, which angered the FBI, and no sooner do I get a call from Jackson Memorial Hospital at 7:55PM February 27, 2026, stating the nurses "dislodged the peg tube" in mom's stomach (which is negligence and medical malpractice). It caused bleeding in the stomach and pain to mom. The pegs are supposed to last 6-months to 2-years according to medical journals and manufacturers. Then, the charge nurse told me they would have to do the peg surgery again, one month after it was first placed.

The doctor called for consent to do the surgery and I reluctantly agreed as it is a big risk to put anyone, especially an 84-year-old under anesthetic. Mom had such a horrible time emerging from the anesthetic. The hospital discharged her to a new nursing home in Miami on March 3, 2026, where she was very distraught, crying and talking about her mother, due to the effects of the anesthetic from the peg surgery.

Grandma had died 40-years ago. Due to the strong anesthetic from the peg surgery, several times mom said "my mom is dead" while crying, as she remembered her in that vulnerable moment and became heartbroken again. It was so sad. She should not have gone through this surgery twice. That was a terrible thing to do to an old lady (or anyone for that matter). They had to take her from the regular area of the hospital where she had progressed to, back to the "ICU step-down" unit, as her blood pressure and heart rate were not stable due tot he surgery, performed a second time in one month..

However, the story gets worse. Jackson Memorial Hospital discharged her to a new nursing home which left her in bed for weeks (according to mom's roommate Angela and I don't doubt it as I visited often and she was always in bed). After a month in the new nursing home, I get a call at 7:55AM in the morning on March 30, 2026, and the nurse states she "burst the peg" tube in my mom's stomach. This again caused mom pain and distress.

Mom was sent by ambulance back Jackson Memorial Hospital on March 30, 2026, who had performed the surgery the first two times. The ER doctor couldn't find the right peg tube (according to her she needed an 16 inch and could only find an 18 inch peg tube). The doctor said she tried to source one. She found one and tried to push it in mom's stomach. Mom screamed in pain and began crying. She said the area in the stomach is "blocked" and she is unable to switch out the peg tube. She stated surgery is required.

Yes, you read that right. In a few weeks Jackson Memorial Hospital performed a peg tube surgery on my mom an outrageous 3 TIMES. I cannot begin to tell you how unorthodox that is, not to mention dangerous. To all the medical professionals reading this article, let that sink in regarding how egregious and unconscionable it is to be so reckless with a peg tube that it necessitated the same surgery be performed on an 84-year-old patient 3 TIMES in a few weeks, when it is normally done ONCE in 6-months to 2-YEARS. They did the surgery for a third time on April 7, 2026.

Then I received a call on April 8, 2026 from a doctor at Jackson Memorial Hospital stating mom has stomach bleeding and she wants to do a CT scan to check the source of the bleeding. She also told me mom has c.diff (another infection), a fever, sepsis, and is anemic. I stated mom was not septic, didn't have c.diff or a fever when she was admitted to the hospital again on March 30,2026.

I told her I was there and they checked her vitals and ran blood tests. None of that was present on March 30, 2026 when she arrived back at the hospital. Translation: mom got an infection in the hospital again and the Stage 4 bedsores they had created were not properly handled and had become infected AGAIN. The doctor asked to give mom another blood transfusion and I consented. I went there that night and spent a few hours praying for mom with Bible verses, and trying to cheer her up, as she looked worse than the day she was admitted back into the hospital.

Then two days later on April 10, 2026 a rude social worker from the hospital called and unprovoked was very insulting and nasty. She told me mom was discharged. I asked how is that possible when two days ago the doctor stated she has stomach bleeding, c.diff infection, anemia, sepsis and a fever. She told me I was being "difficult." Apparently, one is not to ask questions. I told her to ask the doctor to call me.

The same doctor called me about an hour later and said she has discharged mom from the hospital and wants to send her to another skilled nursing facility. I asked her what about the stomach bleeding, c.diff infection, anemia, sepsis and a fever. She said the CT scan showed "negative" for stomach bleeding. However, when I told my cousin the doctor about the reverse in diagnosis to no bleeding found and asked why did they state she was bleeding, then. My cousin stated to me, "They saw bleeding on the stomach. That's why they said there was stomach bleeding." So, they've discharged my mom to another skilled nursing home, which I don't think is the answer. Mom is not medically out the woods.

Moving her from place to place like this is not good for someone with her condition, due to the cognitive damage Bactrim (trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole) caused in 2023 (memory). A doctor warned me about it stating she is not be moved around to different places, as it is not good for a recovery from the Bactrim damage. Yet under the illegal instructions of the FBI, mom is being moved around from medical facility to medical facility. That is so evil and unconscionable.

I consulted with one of my contacts responsible for some of my site exclusives, 535 of which have proven true, and he stated the FBI is involved and has been meddling at the hospital and health insurance company concerning mom's medical care. Every time she makes progress they do something like break the peg or conduct some procedure that causes harm and sickens her. He told me the FBI are "using your mom as collateral and leverage in trying to ensure you have to stay in America."

 Let that sink in, they have caused a vulnerable, elderly woman horrendous pain and suffering, which can be equated to torture under domestic and international human rights laws, to try to keep us in America, where we don't want to be. We have been treated horrifically bad by Hollywood and the FBI, among others in a sick cabal, in actions that caused us physical, emotional and financial harm. We have been trying to be peaceful leave and they resort to assault and medical abuse in trying to keep us here against our wishes, like we are slave property. The FBI (and Hollywood) are a national embarrassment.

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has repeatedly been in trouble for their drugs such as Bactrim causing harm to the public

Furthermore, mom's health decline began when a doctor prescribed the Sun Pharmaceutical Industries drug, Bactrim, to her August 2023. At that time doctors knew Bactrim had developed a terrible name, due to horrible side effects such as lung and kidney failure, which could and did turn deadly for many people. Bactrim has killed over 300 people in America and sickened countless others (Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Has A History Of Safety Violations At Their Plants That Produced The Deadly Antibiotic Bactrim and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Are Releasing Dangerous And Deadly Drugs That Keep Getting Recalled In America And Abroad).

Prior to that it was removed from approved use in Britain and the EU. The warnings went out in America in 2021 regarding its dangers, yet 2-years later my mom was prescribed Bactrim in America anyway and it nearly cost mom her life. It did damage to mom but by God's grace she survived it and was slowly improving. Then the FBI commissioned criminal misconduct that damaged mom's health in March 2025. Every time she improves, they do something bad to her again, which is evil and demonic.

My mom has two cases against Bactrim's manufacturer, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, but the FBI has criminally interfered in the civil cases in trying to block a settlement. Thus far I had to spend over $30,000 on caring for my mom due to the damage Bactrim caused, which is well documented. We sued because I need the money back and funds to take care of her, because this whole experience has damaged my health as well in caring for her (sciatica, slipped disc in my back, torn rotator cuff).

It is from money meant for my forthcoming pharmaceutical drug patens regarding cancer, HIV, AIDS, Parkinsons, Alzheimer's, Huntington's and Sickle Cell, as well as tech inventions regarding climate change (Famous Doctor Blames Coronavirus Vaccine For Accelerating His Cancer And Presents Proof Of Progression Confirming Previous Site Claims). However, the FBI has been trying to run out my money for very nefarious and illegal reasons, in trying to leave me and mom destitute, and unable to put my patents and copyrights into production. The FBI is disgusting and don't care about public health.

My mom's health insurance account with Devoted Healthcare ILLEGALLY lists the FBI informant Ms. A. Denise Kelly, who is of no relation to us, as my mom's authorized representative. She had stolen our U.S. mail and refused to return for over a month, including items from the IRS and the Devoted Health insurance company. This is how she got access to mom's health insurance member number ID and added herself as a medical proxy. She only used her middle and last name as she was being shifty.

To add even more insult to injury, I recently discovered after calling Devoted Healthcare (whom I do not recommend), who is mom's medical insurance, that FBI informant, Ms. A. Denise Kelly, without any legal authorization, put her name on my mom's health insurance at their company as mom's authorized medical representative/proxy. I had to fax Devoted Healthcare the power of attorney my mom had signed a few years ago putting me in charge of making all decisions concerning her health and welfare, including the desire to be medically resuscitated should the need arise. Only to find out Ms. A. Denise Kelly had called Devoted Healthcare and put her name as the medical proxy.

Let that sink it, the woman, who on the FBI's orders gave my mom life threatening food poisoning, illegally contacted a health insurer and made herself the victim's medical proxy. So that means, by default, the FBI had the authority to make all medical decisions concerning my mom, even pulling the plug if they felt like it. That is absolutely criminal and outrageous. The FBI are psychotics. The arrogance and audacity of the FBI to have done such an illegal thing. It was very sinister, criminal and deserving of federal prison. This is what the lunatics in the FBI are doing with your taxpayer money. Robbing (copyrights, legal settlements), spying on, harassing, sickening and terrorizing lawful immigrants for over 20-years. They are the sickest, most corrupt law enforcement agency in the world.

The people in the cabal (Hollywood and the FBI among others) are most evil and disgusting people on the face of the earth to be commissioning medical crimes against an elderly woman. People really shouldn't expect more from Hollywood as it is full of pedophiles. and the FBI, who aided and abetted Jeffrey Epstein in sex trafficking children and babies. This is a big part of why the FBI would not give then-Senator Rubio the FBI files concerning me, and what Madonna and Hollywood have been doing to me in violation of the law (copyright infringement, illegal wiretapping, commissioned computer hacking, death threats and attempted vehicular homicide, among other things), as the FBI also got involved on the wrong side of the case, due to bribery and corruption.

They are acting like I'm the government and Hollywood's personal slave. They've threatened me that they want more copyrights. Trade publication Variety magazine recently reported again that Hollywood is all out of ideas and not making as many movies as they used to do, which has caused revenue declines.

So many times God blessed and healed my mom throughout this ordeal, only for these nasty, demonic lunatics at the FBI to criminally wreck her health again in commissioned criminal acts. These are very serious human rights abuses and they are not going to get away with it.

I spent years taking great care of my mom (her health, nutrition, hair, skin, mental well being) only for those vile, demonic lunatics in Hollywood and the FBI to wreck her health over and over again, even resorting to a commissioned assault in a nursing home. Then they medical butchered her via procedures that could have been prevented had they not drugged her up with Fentanyl immediately upon arrival at the hospital in conduct that it so unorthodox in medicine, as it is dangerous. They have caused a vulnerable 84-year-old woman so much injury and trauma in what is a cabal/conspiracy, that under U.S. law they are eligible for the death penalty.

As the phrase goes God doesn't like ugly. The same things you do to others, you will suffer back at God's Hands. It will come back around to you. The Bible says, "You reap what you sow." Case in point, the late FBI Director Robert S.
