the late pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, for allowing
the vile monster to rape and sex traffic thousands
of underage girls for over 20-years. The FBI and CIA
had Epstein on their payroll as an informant. They
used him to collect dirt on rich and famous people,
such as Presidents, Prime Ministers, member of Royal
Families, and billionaires.

The lawsuit states, "As a direct and
proximate cause of the FBI’s negligence, plaintiffs
would not have been continued to be sex trafficked,
abused, raped, tortured and threatened. Jane Does
1-12 bring this lawsuit to get to the bottom — once
and for all — of the FBI’s role in Epstein’s
criminal sex trafficking ring. During the FBI
investigation, the FBI was complicit in permitting
Epstein and co-conspirators to continue to victimize
Jane Does 1-12 and other young women. The FBI had
photographs, videos and interviews and hard evidence
of child prostitution and failed to timely
investigate and arrest Epstein in deviation from the
FBI protocols."
The lawsuit further states, "The FBI
had a non-discretionary obligation, governed by
established policies, procedures, rules, and
protocols, to handle and investigate tips concerning
potential and ongoing underage child erotica, rape,
sex with minors, and sex trafficking in a reasonable
manner and to act against Epstein and to prevent him
from committing repeated crimes. Yet, contrary to
its own established rules, the FBI failed to take
appropriate action and botched and covered up
investigations for years.”
Jeffrey Epstein with girlfriend, Ghislaine
Maxwell, whose family wealth also came from fraud
and theft, via stealing the pensions of Britons,
aided the pedophile in sex trafficking and raping
underage girls. The two demonic perverts
participated in orgies they conducted with underage
girls, some as young as age 12.
CNN reported, "'The filing of this
lawsuit is the first step to getting to the bottom
of what we have recently learned – that for years
the FBI negligently failed to act on clear evidence
that Jeffrey Epstein was operating a vast sex abuse
operation and sex trafficking ring, as alleged,'
Jennifer Plotkin and Nathan Werksman, attorneys for
the Jane Does, said in a written statement. 'That
failure resulted in incalculable harm to our

covering up for their paid informant Epstein and his
famous clients. CNN reported, "An individual told
the FBI in 1996 that Epstein and his companion
Ghislaine Maxwell had sexually abused her and there
were other victims, according to the lawsuit. The
FBI 'hung up' on her and did not investigate the
report, the lawsuit claims."
CNN further reported, "'Between 1996
and 2005, the FBI continued to receive direct
reports, complaints and tips concerning the illegal
sex trafficking of women and underage minors, sex
abuse and human rights violations committed by
Jeffrey Epstein and associates,' the lawsuit said.
'In response, the FBI failed to act upon and
investigate the complaints and tips and failed to
comply with protocol and guidelines notwithstanding
credible reports of solicitation of child
prostitution and sex trafficking.'"

"Lawsuits against the FBI claiming accountability
for crimes that might have been stopped are rare.
The Federal Tort Claims Act of 1964 says that people
who are injured or damaged by negligence of any
federal employee can file a claim for reimbursement
of that injury. Four years ago, a judge ruled the
families of Marjory Stoneman Douglas high school
massacre victims could sue the FBI for negligence.
Before the 2018 shooting, the FBI had received two
tips, including one that the shooter posted 'I’m
going to become a professional school shooter' on
YouTube."

prosecuted anyone who was a client of Epstein and
his girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell. People such as

Epstein victims accuse FBI of enabling sex
trafficking in new lawsuit

victims of Jeffrey Epstein sued the U.S. government
Wednesday, accusing the FBI of allowing and enabling
his sex trafficking for two decades. The anonymous
victims alleged that the FBI had received credible
tips about Epstein’s sex trafficking operation as
early as 1996 but did not investigate them.
A probe finally began in 2006, the
suit says, but ended once Epstein pleaded guilty to
a soliciting prostitution charge in Florida and was
sentenced to 18 months in prison. The suit claims
the FBI continued to ignore tips until Epstein was
arrested on sex trafficking charges in 2019. He
killed himself in prison months later.
“As a direct and proximate cause of
the FBI’s negligence, plaintiffs would not have been
continued to be sex trafficked, abused, raped,
tortured and threatened,” the suit reads. “Jane Does
1-12 bring this lawsuit to get to the bottom — once
and for all — of the FBI’s role in Epstein’s

12 women sue FBI over alleged failure to

15, 2024 - The FBI’s “repeated and continued
failures, delays and inaction” allowed Jeffrey
Epstein to continue his sex trafficking operation
for more than 20 years, 12 alleged victims claimed
in a lawsuit filed Wednesday. The suit, filed
against the United States in the Southern District
of New York, claims the FBI’s negligence resulted in
the continued sexual abuse of the 12 alleged
victims, who are not named in the lawsuit.
“For over two decades, the Federal
Bureau of Investigation (hereinafter ‘FBI’)
permitted Jeffrey Epstein to sex traffic and
sexually abuse scores of children and young women by
failing to do the job the American people expected
of it and that the FBI’s own rules and regulations
required: investigate the reports, tips, and
evidence it had of rampant sexual abuse and sex
trafficking by Epstein and protect the young women
and children who fell victim to him,” the lawsuit
reads.
The alleged victims are seeking
unspecified damages in an amount to be determined at
trial. The lawsuit also says they support the
unredacted release of FBI documents regarding
Epstein, claiming the files are still largely

is facing a claim from 12 alleged victims of Jeffrey
Epstein over what they say was the agency’s
“repeated and continued failures, delays and
inaction” that allowed the disgraced financier to
run his sex-trafficking operation for more than two
decades.
The lawsuit, filed against the
United States in the southern district of New York,
accuses the FBI of “failing to do the job the
American people expected of it and that the FBI’s
own rules and regulations required: investigate the
reports, tips, and evidence it had of rampant sexual
abuse and sex trafficking by Epstein and protect the
young women and children who fell victim to him”...
